This balancing toner by Dibi Milano is formulated to help balance sebum production and reduce blemishes for a clearer and more mattified complexion. Its lightweight formula is ideal for blemish or acne-prone skin that is in need of decongesting.

This liquid toning lotion purifies and tightens the pores and prevents clogging, while the blended formula of mattifying and sebum-absorbent powders minimises the pores for an even skin tone. Thanks to the active ingredients, the presence of blemish-inducing micro-organisms is normalised.
How to use: Before each use, shake until the powders are fully mixed. Apply on a cotton pad and swipe the toner onto the face, neck and décolleté.
