Decree SOS Revitalising Eye Balm is a targeted AM and PM treatment created to hydrate, smooth and brighten the delicate eye area. Designed to address visible signs of fatigue, the formula helps reduce the appearance of puffiness while supporting firmer, healthier-looking skin over time. A cooling ceramic tip makes application precise and adds a soothing, refreshing feel around the eyes.
The formula combines clinically studied Peptides, Exosomes and energy-boosting bioactives. Supporting ingredients include Glycerin, Squalane, Panthenol and Sodium Hyaluronate, alongside a blend of botanical extracts and oils. How to use:
Click the bottom of the cartridge until the product appears. One dose is enough for both eyes. Starting at the inner corner, gently massage towards the outer corner using the cooling ceramic tip to help absorption. Apply after serum and before moisturiser as part of your morning or evening routine. Wipe the applicator clean after each use.
