Face the Future: Coronavirus Update

Hello to all our patients and customers. I hope this notice finds you all well.

As things develop further with the spread of Coronavirus in the UK, we thought it was important to keep you all updated as much as possible. We would be very grateful if you could read the information below. For accurate and up to date information, we would ask that you check the following links. There is an awful lot of inaccurate information in both the press and on social media, so please use these official sources as your point of reference.

The clinic is of course already regulated by the Care Quality Commission, ensuring stringent cleaning measures are already in place. In addition to standard hand washing procedures, hand sanitisers are now available in key locations around the clinic, as well as in each treatment room. Staff as always continue to wear gloves for every treatment and use disposable towels, bedsheets etc.. as part of our regulatory standards. In line with all current advice and guidelines, we will do our utmost to ensure we minimise any risks as much as possible. All staff have received additional training to ensure they are fully versed in current guidelines and are happy to answer any questions that may arise.

If you are experiencing any symptoms (see NHS link above) please avoid coming to clinic. We will still be operating a 24 hour cancellation policy but if you or any of your family members are feeling unwell, please call or email and we will ensure no charge is applied to your cancellation. The health and well being of our customers and their family members is our priority so please don't hesitate to call.

Our online shop also remains open and orders are being dispatched as usual. We are keeping up to date with WHO and Public Health England guidance and the health and wellbeing of our patients, customers and staff will always remain our priority.

We have every intention of keeping the clinic and online shop open at this stage and believe it is safe to do so but we will stay in close communication and if the guidelines do change, we will update as soon as possible.

If anyone has any questions, please do get in touch with any team member and above all, keep safe. Julia Company Director, Face the Future
