How to use: Twist the wand out of the tube and wipe off excess product on the edge of the tube. Look up, place the wand at the base of your lashes, and gently wiggle back and forth to coat the roots. Pull the wand towards the tips of your lashes in an upward curling motion. Repeat until you achieve your desired thickness.
