What is ME LINE?
ME LINE is a revolutionary treatment for the reduction of hyperpigmentation from sun exposure, hormones, trauma and acne. It's also very effective at controlling the signs of ageing and acne breakouts using the method of chemical dermabrasion.ME LINE consists of three stages; skin preparation, application of the peel and homecare products to be used post-procedure.Skin preparation includes the deep cleansing and de-greasing of oil from the skin to allow for optimum penetration of products using ME LINE's special skin solution.
Once the skin has been suitably prepared, the application of the peel then takes place. The ME LINE mask should be applied consistently on the treated area and may be applied in thicker layers on stubborn areas of darker pigment. The length of time the mask is left on will depend on the individual's skin group and type of pigmentation being treated. Some pigmentation conditions run deep and may even require the patient to go home with the mask on.
The patient will be advised on how to look after their skin in the days following the ME LINE procedure. It's important to follow practitioner advice in order to achieve the best possible results. Home care will consist of gentle cleansing, barrier creams and of course sun protection. Approximately three days post-treatment, the patient can start to use the specialist ME LINE skin products to further inhibit the pigmentation that has been treated.
