Brand New For 2020: Introducing HydraFacial

We bought our first HydraFacial machine around eight years ago, and if we are being brutally honest, we weren't really blown away with the technology. It was OK and a nice treatment, but didn't really give us the results we were looking for at the time. We persevered, but the treatment fell by the wayside as we invested in different technology that gave better long-term improvements for our patients. Fast-forward eight years

And we decided to review the HydraFacial again. A few patients mentioned they were interested in the treatment and asked us what we thought. We embarked on a little research and were pleasantly surprised by how this machine had come on.

In fact, we were pretty excited when HydraFacial came to visit us with a new machine and let us have a play! During the HydraFacial visit, our clinicians all had treatments and we invited a couple of patients to experience the new and improved HydraFacial experience.

Safe to say, they were not disappointed and we were all a bit bowled over. The HydraFacial treatment has come on in leaps and bound since our first experience, and the fact that they've been able to collaborate with some of our favourite skincare brands such as ZO and iS Clinical, is an added bonus. These brand collaborations, along with improvements in the technology, has taken the HydraFacial treatment to the next level and now offers measurable improvements to a variety of skin concerns. So, yes! We've done it againa new year and a new - and much improved - HydraFacial has officially landed at Face the Future!

What is HydraFacial?

HydraFacial deeply cleanses skin whilst also delivering skin-loving ingredients, using their patented vortex technology. Ingredients to normalise and repair skin, along with powerful antioxidants that slow down the ageing process, are used to clarify skin's surface and rebuild the deeper layers, helping it to act and behave like a younger complexion.HydraFacial uses a 6-step approach combining cleansing, detoxification, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection to leave skin feeling super clean and bright after treatment.A course of treatments is usually recommended to leave skin looking clearer, brighter, plumper and radiant.

Who is HydraFacial suitable for?

In the coming weeks, we are going to be taking a closer look at the HydraFacial treatment, sharing treatment videos and offers along the way! HydraFacial is an extremely versatile treatment and is suitable for anyone with the following concerns:
  • Age management
  • Sun damage
  • Fine lines & wrinkles
  • Dry or dehydrated skin
  • Oily skin/congestion/open pores
  • Mild/moderate acne

How many HydraFacial treatments are recommended?

HydraFacial can be used as a 'one off' treatment before a big event, but in order to achieve the best possible results, we recommend a course of treatments to address more serious concerns. For patients looking to maintain a great complexion opt for a 6-12 month course, to ensure skin stays in peak condition all year round.

Is there any downtime following a HydraFacial treatment?

Other than a little post-treatment pinkness, there is absolutely no downtime.

How much do HydraFacial treatments cost?

HydraFacial treatments start at £120, but we offer some fantastic course options that include a product review to maximise your results and keep your skin looking its best.
