Products & Stock

As we are stockists of all brands on our site, we unfortunately have no control over pricing increases. We are required under the terms of our contract with the manufacturer to reflect any increases in price they notify us about. Although this is frustrating, we are here to support you. If you would like some guidance on alternative products that suit your budget, contact our skin experts and they’ll be more than happy to support you.

Alternatively, you can join our Rewards Club to collect points and redeem money off your future orders with us. We also have a Subscribe & Save option available where you can purchase your favourite products at a discount and get them delivered to your door on a schedule that works best for you.

Our skin experts are available Monday ‚Äď Friday 9am-5pm to help with all skin and self-care queries.

Call us on 0113 282 774 for advice on your skin and self-care regimes as well as product recommendations best suited for your skin type and concerns.

Alternatively, please complete our online skin test and a skin expert will get back to you as soon as possible with a more in-depth regime of advice and recommendations.

You will find that most products are in stock.

However if due to stock shortage it appears to us that we are unlikely to be able to deliver the products within 5 working days of receipt of your order, we will either:

- Contact you within the said 5 working day period to agree a revised date for anticipated delivery of the products.

- Re-credit any sum/s that have been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products concerned. A confirmation email will be sent confirming this refund.

If you have a query regarding a specific product's stock level, please email us on shop@facethefuture.co.uk with the full product name and we will then advise further.

All our products are sourced from official distributors or directly from the brand manufacturer which guarantees that you are purchasing a genuine product and all credentials can be verified.

There are many factors that influence changes in your skin and using a progressive skincare product is one element of treating skin conditions and characteristics. We would always recommend using a product for at least 3 months, assuming you've not had a reaction, to determine whether you've achieved your desired results as the skin works in cycles which impacts how long it may take to see a difference.

As stated within our terms and conditions we do not guarantee product results for the reasons stated above and we do not offer a money back guarantee. Therefore, we cannot process a refund for a product due to undesirable results.

However, we would be more than happy to arrange for you to have some time with one of our skin specialists to review your regime and provide you with additional advice to support with achieving your desired results.

Subscription

When you login to your Face the Future account, you will be able to view your active subscriptions.

We're sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your subscription. Remember, despite rising manufacturing costs, your price still stays the same even if the price of your chosen products were to increase during your subscription. However, if you'd still like to cancel then please call our customer services team on 0113 282 7744.

You can change the date of reoccurrence of your order by logging into your Face the Future account. Alternatively, you can also email us.

No, you cannot apply discounts to your subscriptions as it is a fixed, locked price. However, the prices will not increase in your subscription.

Technical

Please double check that your email and password information is correct. If problems persist, please reset your password using the 'Forgot your password?' link and follow the steps provided. Once you are logged in to your account you will then be able to make changes to your address, password, and name.

Visit the Skinsider Club page, simply log in to your account and scroll down to the 'Rewards' section where you can complete the 'Sign up to our mailing list' or 'Sign up for SMS' options to receive reward points in the process (which you can use to save on future purchases!)
