Balance and boost your visage with this hydrating toner. This hydrating toner helps keep the skin pH balanced and free from dirt, oil and debris.
The PCA Skin Hydrating Toner rids the skin of any impurities and prevents free radical damage all whilst balancing the pH and boosting hydration. This hydrating toner can also be used to set makeup and replenish hydration, as it doesn’t disrupt skin’s surface.

The PCA Skin Hydrating Toner is formulated with four key ingredients, all of which are naturally derived. Apple fruit extract is used because of its anti-oxidant, anti-ageing and skin smoothing properties. The anti-oxidants help protect the skin from free radicals and the apple fruit extract also helps prevent TEWL (Trans epidermal Water Loss).
Watermelon and lentil extracts are blended to protect against free radicals and support skin hydration. Jania Rubens extract, which is marine seaweed, provides powerful anti-oxidant protection. Evening primrose oil moisturises the skin and soothes irritation without clogging pores.
How to use:
After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply over the face and neck. Follow with the appropriate PCA SKIN® treatment serums and broad spectrum SPF product in the daytime and moisturizer in the evening.
