How to use:

1. 
   Take the product out of the fridge.
2. Apply the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel), while still cold, onto your clean, dry skin - a 1-2mm thin layer is sufficient.
3. Leave on your skin for 20 minute before rinsing and removing gently with a non-abrasive cloth (such as soft cotton). Use up to 3 times per week.

For an even more powerful regimen:
