Opening Australia's first ammonia-free salon nearly two decades ago after noticing first-hand how harsh chemical products cause harm to both hairdressers and clients, Jose Bryce achieved what many chemists said was impossible.

Sparked by seeing her former partner struggling with skin allergies due to the harsh chemicals in hair products, Jose saw a huge gap in the hair market and set out to create gentle, kind-to-hair products that made a real difference.

In 2010, the O&M Method of haircare and styling was launched, and today O&M's gentle but effective formulas are stocked in salons and beauty retailers all around the world.
