A new evolution in the field of hyperpigmentation, this treatment cream provides a regulating action that prevents hyperpigmentation from reappearing following the dermamelan in clinic treatment. Tested on melasma, PIH, freckles, sun and age spots, this cream is proven to be highly effective, with noticeable results from just the first few weeks of use.

Active Ingredients:
This hyperpigmentation cream works by preventing the overproduction of melanin, inhibiting the production for so long that the skin continues its natural regeneration process; shedding away the top layers of the skin and taking the pigmented areas with them.
Dermamelan should be used as a maintenance cream following the in-clinic Dermamelan treatment.
- Always follow the advice of your practitioner as the following are general guidelines and your programme may be altered specifically to your needs.
- Apply one pump of Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream directly over the entire face on clean, dry skin, twice a day (morning and night) for 4 months.
- Next, generously apply melan recovery three times a day (morning, midday and night) to the whole face, massaging until completely absorbed. End the routine with mesoprotech melan 130 pigment control during the daytime applications (morning and midday).
- Don't undertake any waxing or threading.
Instructions for use if you have NOT had in-clinic Dermamelan Treatment: Maintenance Programme
- Apply Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream directly over the entire face, once a day (at night), continually monitoring skin's progress.
- When using Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream, broad-spectrum SPF should be worn every day and re-applied throughout the day.
- The use of a broad-spectrum sun protection is mandatory during Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream usage. Not using sun protection reduces or invalidates the effectiveness of the product.
- Don't undertake any waxing or threading.
mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment Maintenance Cream is NOT suitable for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding.

- Do use with Mesoestetic support products ONLY
- Do wash fingers before and after use
- Do apply a pea sized amount ONLY
- Do apply to the entire face and not just problem areas to prevent the pigmentation moving
- Do use with a Mesoestetic SPF
- Do follow the programme for 4 months
- Do be aware of triggers to pigmentation, i.e. UVA, UVB, HEV, IR, Hormonal changes, Photo-sensitising Medication, Perfumes, Chemicals, Inflammation such as acne, wounds, Genetics
