To blog or not to blog!

Well, some bright spark decided a Face the Future ‘Skin Blog’ would be a good idea (yes, you’re right….Paul, of course), so here I am.

So, the general idea is to pass on tips re Skin Health and to answer some of the common questions that come up in Clinic on a regular basis.

I’ll endeavour to put a mixture of our own general thoughts and experiences mixed with published research articles and tips from other top professionals.

We all want our skin to look its best (no matter what our age or sex), and as one of my good clients quotes regularly, we all aim to achieve that ‘glowing and radiant’ skin that makes us look and feel great.

It isnt actually that difficult to achieve, as long as you follow a few basic rules and stick with a prescribed plan of action.

So, here’s to blogging and top tips to follow, in the quest to eradicate skin problems and achieve optimum skin health.
