Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing Filler Treatment Grade 5 contains hyaluronic acids, collagens and elastic fibres at varying molecular weights. These work to improve age wrinkles and expression lines as well as provide more volume on the cheekbones and lips. For the hyaluronic acids to penetrate through the skin, Fillerina developed a Transdermic Technology. This is based on the molecular weight of the actives which is what makes this product effective in terms of filling.
The substances in this innovative treatment can penetrate both epidermis and dermis thus giving the skin brightness, compactness, smoothness and splendor. Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing Filler Treatment Grade 5 is perfect for those with deep wrinkles and expression lines, age wrinkles with visible marked and uneven skin, as well as skin with poor thickness, density and plasticity. It’s will also benefit you if you have a dull complexion or damaged and shrivelled skin.
How to use:
- Pre-Fillerina - Deep cleansing of the face
Before applying Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing Filler Treatment, it is necessary to prepare the skin with the special skin preparatory cleanser to be used with the exclusive Pre-Fillerina Brush provided with the box. Apply a walnut-sized amount of Pre-Fillerina on dry skin and spread it all over the face. Moisten Pre-Fillerina brush and massage the cleanser with circular movements up to producing a soft foam. Insist on particularly difficult areas (T-zone, cheekbones, etc.). Rinse with warm water and dry carefully.
Pre-Fillerina Skin Preparatory Cleanser is SLES-free and soap-free. It is suitable for a daily deep cleansing of the face.
- Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing - Topical use
Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing Filler Treatment shall be used every day for 14 days, in the morning or evening, depending on individual needs and habits, by applying 2 ml of Biorevitalizing Filler Gel (Fillerina 1) and accurately releasing it onto wrinkles and marked microrelief and on the areas that require particular plumpness (cheekbones, lips). To facilitate the use of Fillerina, it is recommended to apply the preparation only on clean skin, free from sebum and impurities. The product shall be applied by means of the particular Dispenser/Applicator which allows the user to draw up two separate 1 ml amounts of product (adding up to a total of 2 ml per application) and release them accurately onto areas such as face and neck wrinkles, cheekbones and lips. The Biorevitalizing Filler Gel should be left to work for 10 minutes, to let the ingredients “fill in” the areas of application. Then spread it all over face and neck and leave it on for another 10 minutes to complete the absorption of the Biorevitalizing ingredients on these areas.
After 10 minutes, proceed by applying Fillerina Biorevitalizing Nourishing Film (Fillerina 2). Draw up 1 – 1.5 ml of Film, as required, and apply it all over face and neck by gently tapping it. Do not carry out rotating massages or movements to help absorb the product: they can compromise the right penetration of the ingredients. The possible formation of residues similar to shavings (easily removable with fingers or by means of a brush) indicates an excess of product with respect to the subjective need of the skin area. In this case it is advisable to reduce the quantity of product (1 ml or 1.5 ml instead of 2). Any feeling of tension on the skin is due to the ingredients contained in the product. To facilitate the action of the product, it is advisable to drink two glasses of water before the application of Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing Filler Gel.

Fillerina®, which Labo has been working on since 2007 (the year the trademark was registered), is a dermocosmetic filling preparation for at-home use: it works in such a way as to be presented as a cosmetic filling treatment for at-home use and to be applied externally. The product name comes from the filling mechanism of face depressions and from the volumizing mechanism of specific zones, thanks to the action of special Hyaluronic Acids with different molecular weights for a different level of filling of expression lines, age wrinkles and furrows, microrelief and areas of the face subject to emptying and loss of volume (cheekbones, face shape, lips surface).
FILLER EFFECT
As skin ages, the amount of Hyaluronic Acid gradually decreases, causing imperfections such as age wrinkles, expression lines and a loss of volume (emptying and skin depressions), especially on cheekbones, cheeks and lips. Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing features a mix of 9 different Hyaluronic Acid molecules with varying molecular weights and sizes that are particularly effective at penetrating the layers of the skin (ex vivo test with Franz Cells), thus allowing tissues to be filled in and plumped up. Among the Hyaluronic Acids with filler effect, the new 100000 Da molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid molecule resulted in a great penetration capability.
SUPER-DENSITY EFFECT
Another serious aspect of skin aging process is the impoverishment of an indispensable substance for skin support: Collagen, a protein that is strongly responsible for the mechanical properties of biological tissues.
The loss and decrease of Collagen quantity in the skin translate into a reduced thickness and density and a subsequent increase in the number of wrinkles, skin depressions and a greater loss of volume. Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing associates 3 Collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2000, 12000 and 300000 Da) which, thanks to their penetration in the skin (ex vivo test with Franz Cells), can promote a redensifying effect and improve the filler effect, in combination with Hyaluronic Acid molecules.
PLASTICITY EFFECT
Skin elasticity is the capability of the skin to deform under the action of external forces and resume its shape when forces cease. Elastic fibers, by wrapping and connecting collagen fibers up, allow the skin to return to its starting shape after compression or relaxation. With the passing of time also the quantity and quality of elastin, the protein that makes up elastic fibres, drastically decreases thus threatening skin plasticity and contributing to skin sagging. Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing associates 2 molecules of Elastin with different molecular weights (1400 Da and 2200 Da), which help restore skin elasticity and plasticity.
Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing contains also Matrifull, Hexapeptide and Chondroitin Sulfate.

The skin is hardly permeable: in order for the Hyaluronic Acids, as well as other Fillerina functional molecules, to penetrate the different cutaneous layers, Labo researchers developed a Transdermic Technology based on the very low molecular weight of the active substances. This is the fundamental condition to guarantee their penetration in the cutaneous layers. It is precisely thanks to this controlled penetration that the active ingredients are really effective in terms of filling. The reported percentages refer to the transdermic penetration of Hyaluronic Acids and functional active molecules, in solution, after 24 hours. Transdermic penetration was made possible by the new Labo technology and tested by means of Franz Cells. The difference vs the theoretical value 100% represents the sum of experimental errors in the procedures applied in the study; these differences are considered acceptable and so insignificant that they do not affect the study results.
BIOREVITALIZING EFFECT
Besides Hyaluronic Acids, for a replenishing effect, Collagen and Elastin molecules, Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing contains all necessary components for the vitality of the skin, which experiences, as time goes by, a drastic reduction in physiological processes, typical of an old skin.
The Biorevitalizing Complex contains 20 amino acids, 11 vitamins, 6 trace elements and 2 nucleic acids: their great penetration capability has been ex vivo tested by means of Franz Cells and depends on their low molecular weight. Thanks to this important feature, these substances can penetrate both epidermis and dermis (see table) thus giving the skin brightness, compactness, smoothness and splendor.
The molecular weight of the 20 amino acids ranges from 75 to 204 Dalton; that of the 11 vitamins (vit. A, C, E and B-Group) ranges from 122 to 1500 Dalton; the 6 trace elements (Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Copper and Zinc) have a molecular weight ranging from 95 to 162 Dalton; finally, the molecular weight of the 2 nucleic acids, Hydrolyzed DNA and RNA, is 660 and 330 Dalton respectively.
The Biorevitalizing Complex is contained in both Filler Gel and Nourishing Film.

Fillerina 932 Biorevitalizing dermo-cosmetic filler treatments for at-home use have been formulated in 3 different concentrations (-Bio) containing differentiated blends of 9 Hyaluronic Acid molecules, 3 Collagens, 2 Elastins and of the Biorevitalizing Complex, to be chosen according to the individual needs.
