How to use:

  • Modern Alchemy Purifying Polish: Begin your ritual with your hands, smooth the balm onto dry skin using fluid, circular movements travelling slowly and with intention across your body, breathing in the nurturing aroma before washing away under a shower of warm water. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  • Active Nutrients Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner: After cleansing with the Super Nourish Glossing Shampoo, gently work Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner through your tresses from your mid-lengths to your ends. Comb through with your fingers and leave for two minutes before rinsing away thoroughly.
  • Pink Hair & Scalp Mud: Massage into your scalp and throughout your damp hair. Leave for 20 minutes or overnight if preferred and rinse. Follow with the Purifying Shampoo and Nourishing Conditioner.
  • Tri-Active™ Regenerating Define & Tighten Body Serum: Massage the serum into your skin focusing on the areas of your body that you want to target.
  • Fortifying Bath & Body Oil: Swirl into the bath for a soothing soak, use as a massage oil, a dry skin remedy, or apply to your pulse points and temples for ultimate aromatherapy.
  • Active Nutrients Yuzu & Ginger Cleansing Sorbet: Melt between your fingertips then apply to your dry skin and massage in. Add a little water to transform the gel into a rich milk. Apply more water to rinse fully or remove using a warm face cloth.

  • Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Serum: After cleansing and toning, warm a few drops of the serum in your palms, cupping your hands over your face to inhale the aroma. Gently smooth over your face, neck and dĂ©colletĂ© until fully absorbed and then follow with your favourite moisturiser. 
  • Tri-Active™ Regenerating Phyto-Collagen Plumping Mask: Smooth a generous layer over your face, neck and dĂ©colletĂ©. Relax for 10 minutes. Remove the excess with a cotton pad or damp cloth.
  • Refining Skin Polish: Use 1-2 times a week for normal skin or once a week for oily skin. Smooth over your damp skin and massage lightly in circular movements before rinsing away.
  • Active Nutrients Isotonic Hydration Mask: Smooth generously over face, neck and dĂ©colletĂ©. Relax for 10 minutes. Remove with a damp cloth or cotton wool.
  • Tri-Active™ Regenerating Moisture Complex: Apply to fingertips and tap into face, neck and dĂ©colletĂ© before smoothing in light upward strokes until fully absorbed.
  • Active Nutrients Optimal Body Tri-Serum: Apply to cleansed skin after bathing or showering. Spritz over your entire body, massaging skin until fully absorbed. Follow with your favourite ESPA body moisturiser.
  • Tri-Active™ Resilience Pro-Biome Moisturiser: Use morning and evening after cleansing and toning. Apply with fingertips, tapping into face, neck and dĂ©colletĂ© until fully absorbed.
  • Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Cleanser: Use daily, smoothing a small amount over your face, neck and dĂ©colletĂ©. Moisten with warm water and massage lightly in circular movements until the jojoba spheres melt, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Tri-Active™ Resilience SOS Skin Clearing Serum: Apply morning and evening after cleansing and toning. Apply 1-2 pumps gently onto the face until completely absorbed. Take care to avoid the delicate eye area.
  • Fitness Bath Salts: Sprinkle the salts directly from the jar into warm water.
  • Positivity Pulse Point Oil: Gently roll onto your pulse points and inhale the aroma for a tailored wellbeing boost at any point of the day.
  • Active Nutrients Overnight Glow Enzyme Peel: This peel can be used either nightly, or once-to-twice a week depending on your skin’s needs. Apply 1-2 pumps to clean hands.
