This multi-tasking eye product acts as a concealer for dark circles, puffiness sand fine lines whilst also having an anti-ageing effect. Skin around the eye is both concealed and repaired with active ingredients such as Cebeline, which helps to encourage epidermal regeneration and blood circulation to reduce the appearance of dark circles.

The pigmented and tinted concealer has a fluid formula, which is easy to apply with the built in brush. The formula is also fragrance and preservative-free.

How to use:

Delicately remove any eye make-up. Apply your favourite eye cream to moisturise the skin. Then, apply Cebelia LCE Regard in multiple dots under the eyes. Pad it in using your fingertip, never spreading it out. Powder the area with a loose or pressed powder to set Cebelia LCE Regard.
