Our clinic is centred around the incredible state-of-the-art treatments we offer, the relaxing and discrete environment and most importantly, our professional, highly trained and expert staff. So we want you to get to know the people behind the name! Here's a little bit about our clinicians, they can't wait to see you in clinic soon

I am a Skin Practitioner at Face the Future, and have worked here for three years. I'm a 44-year-old mum of two teenage boys. My background is in Personal Training and I was a back care specialist for over 15 years.I specialise in both face and body treatments and with my knowledge in Personal Training, I am able to help clients with their exercise programmes outside of the treatment rooms.Outside of work, I still enjoy going to the gym “ spinning is my favourite! My time tends to be mostly spent with my boys at football as both play weekly, luckily I really love football and enjoy watching “ even in the freezing cold!I really love that my job allows me to help people. We have patients come in to clinic with lots of different concerns. Through bespoke treatments and product regimes, I'm able to help them regain their confidence and feel better about themselves. Being able to make changes to patient's skin and confidence, it the best part of my job.Love Claire x

I have worked at Face the Future for around ten years. At Face the Future, all staff have a specific role, so a highly trained professional will always perform your treatment. Our evening extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and every other Saturday morning, meaning we can accommodate patients at a time that's convenient for you.My main role is mainly laser treatments; this includes laser tattoo removal, (Q-Switch Ruby and Spectra) Laser Hair removal (ND Yag, Soprano XL and Diode). I also treat patients for facials including Jan Marini Enzyme, Fire & Ice and Laser facials.I love my job for many different reasons, I love the clinicians I work with, getting to see amazing patient results, using the best state-of-the-art equipment and products and being able to offer new, interesting and exciting products to pass on to our lovely patients. There's a lot to be said for job satisfaction, and I've got it. Having worked full time for most of my life, I now work part-time and have a happy work/social balanceperfect!I'd like to think I give straightforward, easy to understand honest advice. Some of my patients I have been seeing for years, start with one treatment and start to have a variety of other procedures available at Face the Future. A BIG thank you to all the ladies and gentlemen who make my job a pleasure.See you soon - Julie.

My career started out 18 years ago within the beauty industry. After finishing college and achieving NVQ level 2 and 3 in beauty therapy, I went straight to work in a beauty salon. I then moved on to become a sales manager within a cosmetics company, which lead to becoming regional manager travelling across the country, managing and coaching teams to build their businesses. My passion is working with people in an environment where I can offer help and support and boost patient confidence. After becoming a Mum, I wanted to work more locally whilst still working within the beauty industry, but I was looking for something more challenging. So when my son started school, I came across a great position at Face The Future where I would gain new training and experiences whilst still helping others.I have now been at Face the Future for the last 2 years and still love it. I love the fact every day is different, I get to meet different clients all the time and it's wonderful to go on a journey with them in achieving their desired results.I specialise in a number of treatments, hair removal using both laser and electrolysis, as well as tattoo removal, DMK-skin revision and Mesopeels. I enjoy all treatments I carry out, but my favourite (if I had to choose) would be in skin revision, as this can have a huge impact on patients' lives. The best feeling is when you get feedback from clients on how their confidence has rocketed since coming to see you.

I have been part of the team at Face the Future for 8 years, working alongside the clinicians answering all enquiries over email and telephone. As the first point of contact for all patients, I often answer any initial questions or concerns patients may have. As a busy clinic specialising in skin, the wide variety of enquiries range from those suffering with acne to patients wanting age management solutions, treat pigmentation or the diverse range of laser treatments available at Face the Future. As we offer a variety of solutions, I have completed extensive training on the treatments we carry out here in clinic as well as the home care products required. This allows me to offer patients unbiased and informative advice. At Face the Future, we are continuously updating our treatments to meet the needs of our patients. This means there is always a need for training, which luckily is one of my favourite parts of the job! Having travelled with the clinicians all over Europe to train with the best in the industry, I feel very privileged to be able to use the knowledge gained when helping patients looking for solutions to their skin concerns.Over the years I have been at Face the Future, there have been many times when I see patients starting their journey looking disheartened and down. Often they have tried every off the shelf product to fix their area of concern, to no avail. When these patient's change to become much happier and more confident, that is the most rewarding part of working at Face the Future.

I started working as an Aesthetic Practitioner at Face the Future over six years ago and haven't looked back since. After training globally with some of the industries most renowned faces, I have built up a great portfolio of aesthetic treatments to offer in our West Yorkshire clinic. I work alongside our clinic Nurse Practitioner and business owner, Kate Bancroft to provide a unique service like no other. We believe everyone has the right to great skincare, which is why we offer free consultations to the public. We offer specialist skin treatments for both medical and cosmetic conditions in adults and children. My main area of expertise lies in skin peels, enzyme therapy and Mesotherapy. However, I also run an NHS clinic providing pre-surgical treatment assessment for patients undergoing gender reassignment.Skin is my passion and it's my aim to teach my patients about their skin, cosmetic ingredients and lifestyle choices to allow them to make an informed decision in choosing a treatment path.Practicing in a CQC private hospital setting means it is not my job to sell. It is my job to: Teach. Inform. Treat.I believe the best approach to skin is looking at everything as a whole. Lifestyle, diet and environment all play a large role in medical skin issues. I practice what I preach and lead a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going to the gym, running and of course a hardcore HIIT session 3 times a week. I encourage my patients to follow the same clean and lean living to result in the best long-term results for their skin. I also enjoy travelling in my spare time; it's when I can combine travel with my work that I am at my happiest.Without a doubt the best part of my job is seeing my patients confidence skyrocket when they come to the end of their journey. I often see patients that have exhausted every other source trying to find an answer to their skin condition. So it is always a great feeling to be able to offer them advice and an answer they have been searching for.

A message from Kate...

I opened Face the Future over 12 years ago now and I have watched the clinic grow into the incredible environment it has become. Hard work and dedication go a long way, but the glue that holds everything together is my wonderful team of clinicians. As a business owner, finding like-minded, hard working and dedicated practitioners to work along side you, is so important. I am lucky enough to have found 6 people that share the same vision for the clinic as I do.
