Obagi Toner, a refreshing blend of natural ingredients and herbs, hydrates and tones your skin while restoring normal pH balance. It prepares the skin for the application of Obagi Clear.

The Obagi Toner is applied after cleaning the skin. This restores the skin's natural pH, enhances the action of the cleansers, and prepares the skin for the Correct and Stimulate Steps. Unlike most toners, the Obagi Toner formulation does not dry the skin excessively. This formulation is designed to tighten the skin and pores.

Directions: The Obagi Toner should be applied after the skin is cleansed to the entire face avoiding the upper and lower lids of the eyes. Do not rinse off.
