First for Skin Care – Legal Action by Environ

Environ has launched legal action against an online cosmetics retailer, First for Skin Care, for selling its products on the internet.

Environ wants to legally restrain First for Skin Care, from infringing their trademark and has begun proceedings against the website at the High Court in London.

Environ’s products contain high levels of active ingredients and are sold exclusively to authorised stockists, such as Face the Future. At Face the Future we do not advise using the products to any of our clients without an initial skin consultation first to asses their skin.

The sellers on this list have not been approved or certified by Environ and they do not sell to these parties, so if you are buying products from any of those places, you cannot assure the authenticity or condition of any Environ products that they claim to sell, meaning you could be buying anything.
