New site looks fantastic and it’s loads easier to navigate. Just one point, I was struggling to find out what time you were open till so I had to phone.

@Elham Bayrami – I know this is a bit late but I just came across your post. Have you tried Mint Laser Clinic (www.mintlaserclinic.com) in Toronto? I just finished a few treatments there with the Soprano XL and I am loving the results. Plus the staff at Mint are trained, friendly and the place is very clean – feels like a spa.

I have just purchased dermamelan online from ebay and just seen about people selling it as a fake, wish id read this first!

Hi Mandy

If you initially went to an official Dermamelan clinic I think you can be sure the product was genuine. Dermamelan is mixed in a lab in batches so you do difference in colour, but the colour should be consistent and uniform throughout the jar. If you look at the picture, you can see there’s different colours in the fake one. The rule of thumb is if it is an offical supplier the product will be genuine and of course if it looks too good to be true, i.e. too cheap, then it is highly likely that it will be a fake. Any official distributor of Dermamelan cannot sell products on ebay etc. It is against the trading rules of the Dermamelan company.

Other things to bear in mind with Dermamelan is:

1. Keep the product, in the box, in the fridge and definitely away from direct light.
2. Whilst using Dermamelan, you must use a correct UVA / UVB sun block and the Complete Moisturising Sunblock by Mesoestetic is the correct product. This is available at – http://www.facethefuture.co.uk/shop/mesoestetic/solar-line/complete-moisturizing-sun-block/prod_216.html
3. If your skin becomes dry whilst using Dermamelan, use Hydra Vital Factor-K. This is available at – http://www.facethefuture.co.uk/shop/mesoestetic/facial-line/hydra-vital-factor-k/prod_196.html
4. Do not overuse the product, if unsure please consult with the clinic that performed the original Dermamelan mask as they have seen your actual skin.
5. Sometimes Dermamelan is slow to react, but just be patient.

Hi, I had the dermamelan mask done 16 weeks ago & initially had fantastic results, but now my pigmentation is coming back!!…im on my second jar of cream & both creams seem to be different in colour & texture, one was what i got from the clinic i had treatment done & one from yourselves…..How do you know what is the genuine article??…I too have been tempted to buy of ebay as you can get it cheaper, it is so frustrating!!!!!!……any advice?
