Introducing our NEW Tattoo Removal Laser
Brand new to Face the Future, Q-switch Ruby laser for advanced tattoo removal treatments! Finally, there is a safe, efficient treatment to remove unwanted tattoos.
After months of research into different machines the Q-switch Ruby laser has arrived. This machine is specifically designed for the removal of tattoos and pigmented areas. It has been proved to be the best machine to safely and effectively remove tattoos of most colours.
The amount of sessions varies depending on each individual tattoo but studies have proved that some tattoos can be removed in just 4-5 sessions.
Treatments are generally carried out between 4 and 8 weeks apart but fading of the tattoo can generally be seen even after one session.
The laser emits a beam of red light which penetrates the skins surface and targets the ink in the tattoo. minimising any damage to the surrounding tissue as the laser will only pick up the pigment in the ink.

Be aware of fake Dermamelan products
We were recently contacted by someone who purchased Dermamelan maintenance cream from ebay and was concerned as to the authenticity of the product. The cream, was an unusual colour and looked different to previous products purchased.
We suggested the client posted the product out to us for closer scrutiny. On closer inspection of the product (see below how the tampered Dermamelan compares to our authentic Dermamelan) it is obvious the right hand jar is not authentic.
As you can see, it looks like the maintenance cream has had some other product mixed and added to the residual of the original product. It is quite difficult in this example to establish if the product is genuine because the retailer has used genuine dermamelan packaging but the contents are not genuine.
The person who bought this product from ebay is now currently in a dispute with the buyer to get her money back (which is proving difficult and time consuming). She bought the item from an ebay seller based in Belgium and there are other sellers from around the world selling these products on ebay, and other non authorised websites.
If you are buying products please ensure you know the source because you can make the pigmentation far worse if its not the correct product.

Introducing NIR Skin Tightening
NIR or near infra red skin tightening is a new light based solution for tightening sagging skin, without surgery or downtime. Environ’s products contain high levels of active ingredients and are sold exclusively to authorised stockists, such as Face the Future. At Face the Future we do not advise using the products to any of our clients without an initial skin consultation first to asses their skin.

Radio Frequency (RF) for Skin Tightening
It’s finally arrived, the very latest skin tightening machine from Japan. The RF2241 has been developed over a period of 10 years and we are all very excited to be one of the first clinics in the UK to have taken delivery of this fantastic machine.
The RF works by penetrating the skin by up to 50mm into the subcutaneous layer contracting the collagen strands using radio frequency heat waves. During the process the machine stimulates new collagen production, which in turn smooths the surface skin, reducing lines and wrinkles and provides immediate skin tightening and further long term tightening effects.
