Water!

WaterTo achieve a healthy glowing skin the best way to start is by drinking sufficient amounts of water per day. The recommended daily amount is between 1.5-2 litres.

Drinking more water helps to clear toxins from the body keeps the skin fresh and healthy looking. Water is essential for the bodies growth and maintenance as it is involved in a number of processes it helps get rid of waste and regulates the bodies temperature and provides a medium for biological reactions to occur in the body.

Water is lost from the body through urine and sweat and must be replaced through the diet. If you don’t consume enough you can become dehydrated causing symptoms such as tiredness, dizziness, nausea and loss of concentration.
